Having the ability to manufacture a body to custom fit the truck provides a uniform look between the body and truck.  These flat versions are built with the cross members set on 12" centers, a solid sturdy headboard with round tubing or a mesh window.  The steel bodies are constructed of high tensile steel and are available with the stake pockets on the inside or outside of the body.  The only variation from this option will depend on the width of the body. 

                                                                                                                            

 These bodies can be ordered with several options.  We can put a recessed gooseneck ball with a folding door allowing the complete floor to be utilized.  A tube or reece hitch can be easily added.  Toolboxes can be installed underneath the bed for added storage space.  Toolboxes come in tread or smooth aluminum, all steel, or all steel with a polished stainless steel door.  Aluminum rear light panels are also available as an additional option.  In short the options for flats are almost unlimited.  You can specify what option package you would like for your body.. Aluminum bodies are offered with the same options as the steel and are constructed in the same fashion.  As with the steel bodies, the aluminum bodies can be ordered with tread or smooth floors and a specified thickness on the floor sheet.

    We customize sides that can be ordered removable or non-removable.  The sides are built with latches to eliminate noise from vibrations and wind.  They can be made solid or slat with a matching tailgate.

In addition to the smaller flats pictured above we build flat bodies for the larger trucks as well.  We offer many of the same options on these larger bodies and you can have toolboxes custom built to the size that will best fit you needs or the truck.

Here at Probilt we have one stipulation to installing flat bodies on a truck.  Do to maintaining a safe work environment we are no longer installing bodies on gasoline powered vehicles.  We can build the body but the customer must install it or have it installed by someone.
