Welcome to the dump body portion of Probilt Body and Trailer's web page.  If you are looking for a durable dump body that is custom built to fit you truck then you have came to the right place.  The staff of Probilt has been building dump bodies for over 15 years.  Using this experience, we collaborate with our customers to construct a body that is designed to the specifications of their hauling needs.

Our standard steel dump bodies are constructed to be light weight and durable for hauling asphalt, stone, or soil.  Some of the features of our bodies are crossmembers on 12" centers and formed dirt shedders.  Forming dirt shedders prevents welding on the floor and taking tensile strength from the metal also decreasing the chance of breaking in your floor when the body begins to experience wear. We also offer bodies built to accommodate rougher hauling, such as construction debris and larger stone.

On the outside of our steel bodies you will also find a formed dirt shedder which reduces the need for additional welding.  You will not notice a splicing of side sheets due impart to timely efforts in creating a uniform looking product.  Boxed tubing toprails are standard on all our bodies, we include this important piece of material for the much needed strength in any bed.

We have designed a strong, solid rear hinge that is very durable which will withstand the abuse of day to day use.  The bushings are installed with grease fittings to add to the longevity of the rear hinge assembly.  These bushings can be easily removed and replaced to save you money when it's time to replace them.

Aluminum bodies are constructed with all extruded aluminum post and rails.  This helps to add strength and lighten the overall weight.  Our aluminum dump bodies share many of the same characteristics of the steel body.  Probilt has many features built into aluminum bodies, such as no bolts holding the tailgate on, it is all welded to steel hinges.  We also have developed a strong method of mounting the hinge plates to the longitudinal beam on the body that is less likely to cause problems after years of use.  We have a light weight body that is price competitive with any one.  On all our bodies customers can specify what floor meets their needs in addition to special sides to prevent wear or damage during heavy abusive hauling.

Probilt Body and Trailer offers many options to customize your truck body.  Add some bling to your body by adding additional lighting, L.E.D. lights, board caps or covers.  You can also change the appearance by having us install insulated polished aluminum or colored panels that will serve as dual purposes.  A rear light panel and full flaps always adds a nice finished look to a truck and body combination.
